What can you expect during a Morpheus8 appointment?
The Morpheus8’s microneedling combined with RF is a minimally invasive procedure—there will be no incisions or stitches, and you’ll be awake for the whole thing.
We begin with a topical numbing cream for extra comfort; we gently prick your skin with tiny needles. Some patients report a slight warming sensation from the RF part of the treatment.
Depending on the areas being treated, the procedure can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
Morpheus8 usually has minimal side effects. Swelling and redness in the treated area are the most common side effects post-treatment, but that will resolve within a few days (a week at most). Most patients resume their normal routines the next day, but some limitations may exist.
Avoid direct sun exposure and apply a good broad-spectrum sunscreen if you’re going outside. You should be using sunscreen even if you aren’t recovering from skin rejuvenation! Protecting your skin reduces your risk of skin cancer, wrinkles, and discoloration.

Many patients add a Morpheus8 treatment to their annual skincare renewal plan, which can be completed annually or biannually to maintain their skin’s appearance and health.
Is the Morpheus8 safe postpartum?
